By using this website, you signify your acceptance of these terms and conditions of use. For the purposes of these terms and conditions, “Us”, “Our” and “We” refers to and “You” and “Your” refers to you, the client, visitor, website user or person using our website.

  1. Delivery Area:
    1. Westair International Pty Ltd delivers products ANYWHERE IN AUSTRALIA* – (Subject to conditions). We do not currently ship Internationally.
  2. Delivery Terms and Conditions:
    1. No order over 15 Kg can be sent to a PO Box
    2. Size and cost of freight of goods
      1. For freight purposes all of our items come in 4 different sizes which, in conjuction with your location will determine the cost of freight to deliver your goods to you. Freight to metro areas (Adelaide, Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane) is FLAT RATE according to size while Metro Hobart, Darwin and Country and Remote areas are calculated on your size and postcode.
      2. Note: all items for delivery to Perth Metro are FREE subject to all other delivery terms and conditions
      3. FLAT RATE costs:
        1. Small – Delivery is FREE via Australia Post for all small items to all areas
        2. Medium – Flat rate metro $100
        3. Large – Flat rate metro $250
        4. Oversized – Flat rate metro $350
    3. For all Medium, Large and Oversized orders you must have a forklift or other means available to unload the item at the destination. If the freight company is unable to deliver the goods if there is no forklift or other means available to unload the item the delivery will be aborted and you will be charged a re-delivery fee. Your original freight charges will not be refunded.
    4. Missed deliveries
      1. If you are not home or the delivery address is unattended when the freight company arrives to deliver your order they will leave a card with details on how to rearrange your delivery. Note this may incur a re-delivery fee.
    5. We strive to supply the most reasonable cost for the customer and would ask for your understanding when shipping conditions change.
    6. Westair reserves the right to change the freight and handling costs as we see fit.
  3. Other options open to all our online customers, including:
    1. In store Pickup -This option allows you to pick up your order from our Perth warehouse at no added cost. Once your order has been placed, we will contact you to let you know when your order will be available for pickup. (Our operating hours are between 8:30am to 4:30pm Monday to Friday).
  4. Insurance:
    1. Westair does not include insurance as part of any product purchased, this will need to be purchased separately to protect our customers from any lost goods. Westair does not accept liability for any goods lost in transit without insurance. Please contact us on to purchase insurance once you have placed your order. Please document your order number in email.
    2. During ‘free shipping’ promotions, free shipping on Small items and Free shipping to the Perth Metro area, insurance is not part of the delivery and may be purchased separately by contacting
  5. Damaged Goods:
    1. Please verify that your goods have been shipped correctly without damage when receiving stock. No signed goods returned will be accepted as damaged in transit if signed for by with the shipping company.
    2. We recommend you immediately inspect any goods that we deliver to you or that you collect from a Westair store, to ensure you are completely satisfied with the goods, including that the goods are of acceptable quality, and match the description we have provided to you.
    3. Signing the delivery note means you have received the goods and they are in good working order and take ownership for those goods. Westair will not be liable for these delivered goods once the delivery note signed.
